Paul's career was forged in institutional equities, with roles spanning Equity Sales, Research, and Wealth Management at Macquarie, Margin Lending at St George/Westpac, and Financial Markets at CBA. This deep immersion in market structure and investment analysis inspired him to found Grant Partners Wealth, a successful advisory business where he designed and deployed proprietary quantitative trading strategies for high-net-worth clients. It was here he built the precursor to the firm's current systems, including automated execution for complex statistical arbitrage trades.
His recent work has focused on developing high-performance backtesting frameworks in Python and sophisticated AI-driven pipelines, ensuring our strategies and investment selections are backed by thorough research and rigorous analysis.
